I close my eyes and then I see,
the kind of heaven God wants for me.
For in the Silence He does show,
the way I need my life to flow.
For its only when standing in the Light
that things are clear and I have the sight.
That's when I feel His guiding hand,
helping me always to take a stand.
To think before I speak and act.
To live life with love and its a fact
that when with love I make my choice,
the Pathway opens and the Angels rejoice.

Seekers of a Higher Truth

Seekers of a Higher truth for their lives
must go within where the only truth resides.
To find yourself in all your glory,
and to understand the Greater Story,
go within, seek guidance from the Supernal
and never look for answers from sources external.
Look for the positive in all that you do
and understand that life's full of lessons true.
Seek out beauty in all its forms.
Eliminate the negative, and don't try to conform.
The song of a bird, the scent of a flower,
the splashing of raindrops hour after hour,
a beautiful picture, music to uplift,
all of these things cause your vibration to shift.
Raising your energy higher and higher,
opening you up to all that will inspire.
Seek out knowledge of a Higher Source
to help steer your life and keep you on course.
Follow in His footsteps, seek guidance from above.
Treat all you meet with kindness and unconditional love.
The message that I bring you is loud and clear,
eliminate the negative, eliminate the fear.
Look for the joy in all that you do
and the mysteries of life will become clear to you.
Though earthly cares will still assail,
by keeping God's Love in your heart, you will always prevail.

THE POWER OF SILENCE AND STILLNESS
Some contemplative passages on a Buddhist theme by White Eagle.
In the profound silence of the Soul, when all thoughts of the Earth are stilled, the turbulent emotions subdued, and the mind set on thoughts of the Heaven world, the divinity dwelling in the soul, the inner Light of the Christ Spirit, begins to stir – an inner feeling, deep within ourselves, which brings us closer to God. This feeling lies beneath all thought; it is an awareness of an enfolding Love, a strengthening and upholding power, deep within our own being and linking our spirit with the cosmic life.
We cannot think our way to this centre of truth, we can only feel it or realise it. In the profound silence, when thought is still and the turbulent emotions and mind of the personality are subdued, it is then that we reach the centre of truth and find God. Be still and know God…..The Master has said that one of the essentials for a disciple is to reach a state of dispassion, a tranquil state of being. Nothing delays the progress of a soul on the path so much as lack of dispassion. It is perhaps easy to enter into this state while you are living in prepared and harmonious conditions. But it is not so easy when you return to a world of turmoil, because although you may try to retain inward peace, you are still subject to the violent vibrations of humanity in the outer world.
Nevertheless, dispassion is something to which every disciple must attain, for without it he or she cannot maintain close communion with the Master. On this is built all true and devotional work. So while you seek to meditate, let all outer things fall from you: surrender your mind, your soul and your body to the joys of the spiritual life, and in time you will be able to remain dispassionate even in the turmoil of the outer world. As the still waters reflect the sky, so the calm soul, the soul at peace, reflects the image of the Christ. Be still within, be tranquil, be at peace.
You can get worked up and make yourselves ill, as some of you have done, and may do again; or you can keep very still, and continually seek the place of silence and strength. Having stilled the emotions, the next step is to reach the innermost centre of communion and the intaking of strength. You can then examine your problem and say, “Dear God, I would have the strength to handle this as the Master would handle it.”
THE ULTIMATE REALITY

One day, something extraordinary happened to me. An extraordinary flow of information reached me, and I felt I was getting the answers to practically all my questions about how the whole world is built up and how the spiritual law is perfectly connected to the known laws of physics. I saw a picture, that the whole world had several ‘levels’ or planes of existence, more than that, these planes of existence were separated from each other only the frequency rate of their vibration. Then all these higher levels of existence ‘came down’ melting onto one world. I had the feeling that the material world is penetrated by several world so higher energy levels, vibrating at a higher frequency .
I started to question everything I had seen in my vision. I tried to find weak points, or some well known scientific result that could make this vision a sheer fantasy with no connection the material world. Within a short time, I realised the series of my surprises had just begun. Practically all scientific results regarding the secrets of matter pointed to the reality of this vision, more than that, I couldn’t find anything that would deny or make it impossible. Since I am only an engineer with no deeper studies in physics, I contacted a few physicists and even medical doctors and psychologists in order to find out if all this could be acceptable from their point of view. And all the answers were: yes.
Now something even stranger began. I started to wake up during the night at least two or three times, with some clear idea in my head and with the urge that told me: to put it in writing! This continued night by night without interruption during seven years. When I started to sort out all information, a book began to take form with the title Ultimate Reality.
I believe that the whole universe is built of rays of Light vibrating at different frequencies and there are no so-called material particles at all. No wonder that physicists couldn’t find the tiniest material building blocks of the matter. I had the idea that the perpetual vibration of the electrons, neutrons, protons, etc. implies a source in the so-called unseen world, since all particles can be described as waves, and no wave can come into being without a source.
The most interesting idea is that if we put together our scientific experiments in the field of telepathy with the laws of physics, then we can exclude the world-wide accepted teaching regarding the human brain creating thoughts. It seems to me that no material on Earth, regardless of the grade of complexity can ever create frequency levels so high that can be associated with the frequencies or energy levels of our thoughts. Thoughts simply do no belong to the material world, if we define the material world as a band of different frequencies. The energy level and frequency range of our thoughts and feelings lies above the world we perceive as material, thus the death of the material body simply cannot destroy or affect them.
I realised that the so-called higher planes of life are exactly as real as the material level, or exactly as unreal, if you like! The only reality is the part of the universe that never changes, and this is the ultimate source of all rays of Light, the heart of the universe, the Divine Light that is also Divine Love, Divine Power and Divine Intelligence. It seems to me that only if we start from this point can we understand how higher frequencies of Light can influence lower frequencies and how the human aura can in fact be influenced in order to perform changes in the physical body.
We shall put into operation a law of healing, precise, definite, certain and scientific, White Eagle says. All the information I received during the nights over those seven years, all the studies I made afterwards and all experience I had showed me that spiritual healing is really scientific and is in perfect harmony with the known laws of physics today. Even the existence of life after the physical body’s death can be considered scientific.
Since the publication of my book Ultimate Reality, I have been contacted by many physicists, engineers, doctors and psychologists, who told me that they agree with this point of view, since even they have experienced many times that life has to be something more than the material body.
The loveliest approach came from a psychology teacher at the Semmelweiss University in Budapest. She told me: “After reading your book, I finally understood what I am teaching.” A few scientists and psychologists are regular visitors at White Eagle meditations, and others are already working on experiments based on the information contained in my book.
Their first goal is to prove once and for all that Darwin’s Theory of Evolution stating that matter organised itself and evolved to the level of homo sapiens is basically in contradiction with the laws of physics, thus the higher frequencies of our thoughts and feelings simply cannot be produced by the human material body.
There is a teaching from Jesus found in the Aquarian Gospel of Jesus the Christ by Levi H. Dowling (Chapter 22) stating that ‘Faith is the surety of the omnipotence of God and man; the certainty that man will reach deific life. Salvation is a ladder reaching from the heart of man to the heart of God. It has three steps; belief is first, and this is what man thinks, perhaps, is truth. And faith is next, and this is what man knows is truth. Fruition is the last, and this is man himself, the truth. Belief is lost in faith; and in fruition faith is lost; and man is saved when he has reached deific life, when he and God are one.’
Let us hope that a new approach that connects the material science to the spiritual one can be accepted by more and more people, reaching the second step of the ladder leading to salvation – the sure inner knowledge.
LIVING WITH THE CYCLES OF YOUR LIFE

There are times in our lives when we surge forward, and times when we remain static. Perhaps our lives would be happier if we learned to recognise the energy of those times and flow with it. It is difficult, for instance, to move ahead with a career when you have a young family. A young mother once told my grandmother: “I haven’t done anything for years.” “Nonsense”, she was told with a smile: “You have been doing the most important work of your life.” I am helped and reassured by those words!
I feel it is vital, though, not to feel powerless. We can always make changes and influence the way in which our lives are moving. An important thing to bear in mind about the cycles of life is the endless, exciting opportunity for renewal. Nothing in life is static. We are constantly open to the opportunity of change, renewal, and reinvention. We need never feel ‘trapped’.
If you are feeling dissatisfied with a phase in your life, maybe now is the time to open your heart to the certainty of change.
The phases of our lives move steadily on, and experience has shown me that if you do your best, God will do the rest.
Death, life, and rebirth are all part of the natural and wonderful movement towards God, and they follow each other in a moving, beautiful, and inherently spiritual cycle, each painful experience bringing a gift of learning.
My experience has taught me in clear and very practical terms that life goes on, and the cycle of life is the reassuring truth of continual existence.
