LOVE
“Love is far the most important thing of all. It is the golden gate of Paradise. Pray for the understanding of Love; meditate upon it daily. It casts out fear; it is the fulfilment of the Law; it conquers multitudes of sins. Love is abundantly invisible. Love will conquer all. There is no disease that enough Love will not heal today. No door that enough Love will not open. No gulf that enough Love will not bridge. No wall that enough Love will not throw down. No sin that enough Love will not redeem.”……………from The Cloud of the Unknowing.
DON’T RISK YOUR SPIRITUAL PROGRESS BY FALLING ASLEEP IN FRONT OF THE TELEVISION:
Light workers, we are continually striving to erase all negativity from our lives, to live an authentic life in Unconditional Love.
However, many of us often fall into the trap of falling asleep in front of the television set.
Understand that by absorbing this negative information while you sleep, you are seriously undoing all the positive work that you have been doing to achieve your authentic self.
Unfortunately, the bulk of the programmes being broadcast on commercial channels are often violent, contain overt sexuality, bad language, dysfunctional behaviour, gossip and speculation, gambling, or are those terrible reality shows which encourage us to live vicariously through the lives of others.”
You can add to that the continual bombardment of subliminal advertising messages being beamed at us on a daily basis – much of which contain negative suggestions such as “you won’t have enough money for your retirement”, “put more money into superannuation” [even though the worlds financial markets are in chaos], “you don’t have enough insurance”, “you may have diabetes, herpes, bowel cancer, skin cancer, heart problems, prostrate, etc.”, and much more.
I would like to share with you what Lord Kuthumi says about falling asleep in front of the television set [from an activation by Channel Lingenfelder]
“If you fall asleep, you still record the program that you have been watching. Your subconscious mind never sleeps, as you know.
So if you fall asleep, your subconscious mind still takes in that information. This is why, as I have shared with you previously, it is so very, very dangerous for you to fall asleep in front of your television sets, because you are no longer able to decipher between that which you wish to hear and absorb, and that which you don’t, because your subconscious mind, as you very well know, cannot decipher between right and wrong, and good and bad.
It does not know, or have a sense of humour, to separate the wicked from the wickedly funny. It does not understand these concepts. It simply absorbs. So therefore, with your horror movies, and your cruel gaming movies, and your movies of creating warfare within the Cosmos, and within the Galaxy, it is probably the most terrible time for you to fall asleep. Also during your local news.
That’s scary, and the scariest part of it all, beloved ones, is the fact that only 40% of the truth is revealed to you at this time. How sad is that?”
Why do we put up with the poor programming that is dished out to us from commercial television stations in the guise of entertainment?
Why don’t we, as Light workers, stand up and be counted and mount a campaign to have more positive, feel good, responsible content on television – programs that engender feelings of joy, compassion, laughter, happiness, and Unconditional Love.
The other option, of course, is to simply turn off the television set.

If the people of Earth could only see,
the way this planet is meant to be,
and open their eyes and see God's Plan,
and know the love He has for His Children, for man.
God is love, that's all you need to know,
for He sent His only Son to tell us so.
But man in his wisdom chose to ignore,
the Word of God that would open every door.
And now the time has come to pass,
when man must choose a life to surpass
all that has ever gone before
and stand in trut, in love, in God's Law.
So take your life and make it whole,
and unconditional love should be your goal.
Make God's Law a part of you,
in all you say, in all you do.
For love will comfort, love will heal,
love will make your life's purpose real.
Stand in your power, have no fear.
Feel His Presence ever near.
For when earthly cares are set aside,
and in God's love you do reside,
life will be filled with joy and laughter,
and the doors will open to the Hereafter.
So children of Earth heed His Word.
The time is now for the call to be heard.
Love is the moral of this story,
the way to attain the Greater Glory.
For when you His children make love your all,
walk the path with pride and stand tall,
Heaven's doors will open wide,
and in God's loving arms you will all abide.

THE IMPORTANCE OF HUMOUR IN YOUR LIFE
[An extract from an activation by Lord Maitreya, channelled by Michelle Eloff]
In these times of global upheaval, it is vital that we come to a deeper level of understanding, as to how precisely the art of joy and laughter, the art of humour, and seeing life from the perspective of light heartedness, makes dramatic changes in our lives
Everything you experience is coloured by your perception, your perspective and your attitude to the situation specifically. How you handle any challenge presented depends on your attitude toward it.
The choice to embrace joyful living, the choice to see the lighter side of life certainly eases your ability, lightens your load, and supports you in making use of your ability to respond, rather than react negatively.
The desire to manifest peace, harmony, balance and tranquility in your life, is a natural process; purposefully encoded in your inner being to ensure every soul’s eventual return to Source. The Source within you will always magnetically manifest and reflect the quality of resources you tap into to feed your life force.
Choosing the path of consciousness means being conscious. Surrendering to the path of consciousness opens worlds of new experience.
Laughter is one of the most powerful tools of healing. Laughter penetrates the most powerful walls of defence. Any person wrapped up in laughter cannot entertain the debilitating energies manifested by fear and worry. The ability to laugh at yourself is a path toward self-mastery.
Humour changes the vibration of a situation. There are certain situations which may initially be difficult to bring humour into, especially in the case of death. According to current human ways of relating to death, it is considered disrespectful. In this case, we propose focusing on the lighter side of the individuals’ life.
The fact that they have simply passed onto another dimension is initially difficult to bring into the equation, but by acknowledging their light side, humorous things you remember them doing, or being a part of, even as an infant child, it makes the process of release and grieving so much easier.
Humour triggers the creative side of the brain. It releases endorphins into the system which are natural antibiotics. Endorphins strengthen the immune system. The firing of neurons taking place in the right hemisphere of the brain, stimulates the release of other hormones which are responsible for an accelerated healing experience, be it physical, emotional or mental. That would be largely determined by what the individual need is.
In order to fully understand the power of humour, commit to taking one day of your life, and seeing it as a cartoon network of energy. Every person you interact with, associate a cartoon character to that person. If such a cartoon character does not exist, create your own. If you had to create a cartoon character that had to represent one of these people, what would the characteristics be? How would you draw them? How would you animate them? Then do the same with yourself. Perhaps that is where you need to begin.
The moment you associate yourself with a cartoon character, it becomes difficult to take things too seriously. Perhaps like the cartoon character, always getting himself blown up regardless of what precautions he takes, usually he has forgotten to look above, below, behind, or beside. There is always something that is not being seen. Does this not reflect life?
Do yourselves a favour. Watch a cartoon, anyone of your choice - be spontaneous in your selection. You will be highly amused to see how it reflects your life. Pinpoint the other cartoon characters representing members of your family, or your social group. This will help the association process to humour.
Whenever you find yourself taking life to seriously or becoming wrapped up in the mundane day to day responsibilities of your life, the responsibilities weighing heavily upon yourself, and you find it difficult to see any positive change, take ninety minutes and watch a cartoon, or any other comedy you are spontaneously drawn to.
This is where the power of the media comes into play. You can begin to use it as a tool.
This was the original role that fairy tales played. Every fairy tale, ever written that you have come to know, reflects, symbolises and represents the journey of life.
Laughing at life immediately raises your energy vibration. It aligns your chakras. It releases the debilitating sense you have created about life around you. It automatically takes your adult, adolescent and inner child’s state of being and unites them as one. This is a very valuable tool to let your inner child heal in order to remove your inner child from its arrested state of development.
How many times have you reflected upon a story of the past which you have related to others and found yourself laughing until your belly hurts? It is usually in hind sight that you are able to see the humour.
The next time you find yourself in angry conflict with another and you see the situation is going nowhere, imagine your nostrils are flaring, smoke is coming from your ears, your face is as red as a beetroot, all puffed up like a balloon fish, waiting to explode. Imagine the job of pulling yourself together after having exploded!
See your so called rival perhaps as a bear with the sore head, or a bull waiting to charge the red cloth, nostrils flaring, huffing and puffing, smoke coming from all orifices. It is very difficult to remain in the lower state of ego behaviour with such imagining.
When you see others in conflict see the animation playing out. You could in fact take it a step further and look beyond the animation, and see the two inner children in conflict with one another. Perhaps your favourite child cartoon character, Dennis the Menace versus Bart Simpson. It takes your consciousness into a completely different state of being, and difuses the situation.
Even in grief, you can add humour.
Betrayal is also a very appropriate experience to use animated humour in. However, please place the betrayer in a protective shield of white Light and then cartoon animate all you want. This gives your inner child the opportunity to vent.
The only reason why the adult is acting in the manner it is, is because the inner child has not had the room to vent, therefore has not developed the skills necessary to constructively deal with conflict and create win-win solutions.
Light workers, you are all manifestations of Christ. The coming of the Christ is in fact the Christ within you stepping into a conscious state of being. This will indeed manifest the manifestation of a being who will be recognised as the Christ.
However, the recognition of this being, will be present within every person. You will recognise the Christ within everything, and yet there will come a time, when those of you who have moved beyond the limited world, and utilise quantum energy, and live in quantum consciousness, will see all the aspects of Christ in higher states of being.”
You will reach this state of being much faster if you learn how to laugh at yourselves, and see the humour in difficult situations.
It is most certainly true what they say:
“Laughter is the best medicine.”
