EDITORIAL COMMENT:
The Medici Charter is pleased to present our new artist Jeanne Rigby, whose beautiful artwork now features on our website.
Jeanne, who spent her early childhood in the bush - often with no school to attend, formed a strong spiritual connection to the earth - most of which was unconcious.
Also as a child, she had a fascination and dread of death. Her obsession with death, the bush and the river in her early years is some how rediscovered in her art with abstraction. The ripples of the water often merge with a partly submerged log to become a living form of its own. Dissolving form, allowing its energy to reform, is part of Jeanne's work. It is an alchemical process, but also one of resurrection.
Jeanne began her journey as a Christian, then abandoned that for a metaphysical and esoteric church where she was a residing priest for 12 years. She then left the church to pursue her own spiritual evolvement as a 'free priest', transpersonal art therapist, and healer.
She records her life and her deep love of nature in her paintings, whether from childhood fantasy or from a psychological or spiritual platform, inviting viewers to share her 'otherness' or to simply enjoy their own silent reverie, inducing experiences and memories of their own.

Part 2: The Seven Chohans for Earth. A study of the colours of the Rays, giving an understanding of the Masters of each Ray and the aspects of the Tree of Life that they each embody.
Part 3: Healing by Intent.
The true healing method practiced by Jesus.

On receipt of the returned application form, no further communication is given by the School. Applicants may, if they wish, telephone to confirm that their application has been accepted. Receipts for monies received will be given to participants at their Course. All fees, including the deposit, are non-refundable once the Course has commenced. The Medici Charter reserves the right to retain $50 administration fee upon cancellation prior to the commencement of the course.

Once the Course has commenced, all fees are due and owing to the Medici Charter Pty. Ltd., and no fees are refundable. The Medici Charter cannot accept responsibility for changes in personal circumstances which may occur after commencement of the Course.

The Medici Charter advises that teachers, Course advisers, or staff will not be held liable in respect of information, instruction, or advice given to any participant.

It is the participant's responsibility to check all dates prior to enrolment and to ensure that they fully understand the Course that is being offered.

To cancel, postpone or consolidate any Course, should there be, in their opinion, insufficient enrolments prior to the commencement of the Course. To suspend or expel a student from the Mystery School at any time, without giving reasons for doing so and the determination to suspend or expel shall be in the absolute discretion of the Medici Charter Pty. Ltd.

To charge interest on all overdue Course fees, at the annual percentage rate equivalent to the prime overdraft rate for the time, being applied by the Commonwealth Bank of Australia plus two percent (2%).

FEATURED ARTICLE: The Photon Belt and the Ascension Process
In our November 2006 issue of Medici News, we supplied a small amount of information abut the Ascension/spiritual effects of the Photon Belt.
In order to understand the Ascension Light associated with the Photon Belt, we need to understand to some extent some of the mechanics of it. Vast amounts of scientific data are available, however, they are much too technical and daunting. Therefore, we will keep the science as simple and as short as possible.
Scientific Facts of the Photon Belt:
We acknowledge that the Photon Belt exists because Science has physically proven it through our satellite technology. When astronomers in 1961 discovered what appeared to be a very unusual nebula.
It is indisputably accepted in the scientific community that the nebula phenomenon is an immense cloud-like mass of gas or dust. Only this nebula appeared to have a golden glow.

The Photon belt is a band of intense photon Light. It is also an immense region of space which is radiating intense electromagnetic radiation throughout the visible Light range and beyond, into high-frequency invisible Light, even including some xray bands.

A Photon is a quantum of Light, or the smallest possible particle of light at a given wave length. An atom emits it during a transition from one state of energy to another.
-
It can be regarded both as a particular flow and as a wave phenomenon.
-
They are field particles that are thought to be the carriers of the Electromagnetic Field.
-
Light is electromagnetic radiation.
-
All Photons travel at the speed of Light.
-
Light is a transport of energy.
-
Energy is continuous movement.
The Universes are held together by a system of vortexes within vortexes of spiralling electromagnetic fields of energy emanating as Light. These spiralling energies bring about the space-time orbits - moons around planets, planets around suns, solar systems around other more major vortex centres - the Greater Central Suns in each Galaxy.
Our planet Earth orbits around our local Sun once a year, however, our solar system as a whole also navigates an orbit in this part of the galaxy in a period of about 24,000-26,000 years. This is called the procession of the equinoxes.
It encircles the Pleiades System and extends 400 Light years to our solar system and Alcyone, the Central Sun of the Pleiades system, the centre of this Galaxy, is continually in the Light of the Photon Belt.
It actually consists of many Photon bands emanating from the centre of the Galaxy and these are associated with the spiral arms of our Galaxy.
The Photon Belt, also referred to as the Manasic Ring, has not been able to be reproduced by scientists in a laboratory.
Spiritual Aspects - the Ascension Process:
When we have a look at the scientific evidence above, we are hit by the fact that it is all about the transmission of the energies of Light.
The keys here are Universal Laws - Energy, Light, Creation (continuous movement), and most importantly, our evolution into these higher dimensions of Light.
Our Ascension process began with Mother Earth. Our blessed home has begun a process whereby it will become more energy than matter and, as beings living on this planet, we are being given the choice to evolve into the realms of Light with her. These energies are causing our Sun and our outer planets to vibrate differently and are encouraging them to alter their traditional electromagnetic emissions. Therefore, the energy patterns are resetting (this is a scientific fact).
In the article in our January newsletter - The New Earth and the New Energies, we stated that on December 31st, 1999, a measurement for each individual soul was taken. In that instant, the Hierarchy asked you whether you would go or whether you would stay. Whether you chose Ascension or whether you would continue in the same karmic loop of the 3rd Dimension.
When you chose yes, there began a process of separation. A separation in your consciousness and mass consciousness as a whole. This is termed the 'Two Earths'. Those who chose to remain with the 3rd Dimension continue to play out their karmic lessons until they are learned. We bless their journey, and love and respect them for their choice. They will follow when their time is right. Those who chose to through conscious intent to make the changes and to come out and embrace the Light are the ones who will be making the transition into the Higher Dimensions with our beloved Mother Earth.
"The Photon Band possesses the vibrations of our Ascension Light into the Higher Dimensions and into full restoration of our Christed Consciousness. All dimensions become accessible at the same time, and it takes us off the karmic wheel and wipes it clean. It began the process of transmuting our DNA, and gave us the opportunity to step out of duality and into Oneness." (Nov.6 newsletter)
The Photon Belt encircles the Pleiades System. Alcyone, the Central Sun of the Pleiades System, is the centre of this Galaxy, and is continually in the Light of the Photon Belt. The Pleiades is the oversouling Star System assisting Earth with the transformation and transition of her consciousness into the 5th Dimension.
The Photon Belt is composed of 12 gigantic vortexes of intense bands of Light. The Golden Light of the Photon Belt possesses the high and refined vibrational frequencies of the living Cosmic Light. At the time of the Equinox and Solstice, waves of Light from the Photon Belt have been releasing on Earth at various intervals. Each year, the Light has been released with a greater and greater intensity and frequency. Since 1987, (The Harmonic Convergence), when our Sun moved into the Photon Band, the Earth has been receiving each year an additional 2 weeks more of Photon band frequency. In 2006, we were receiving 40 weeks more Light. According to Mayan prophesies, Earth and humanity will enter the Photon Radiation Belt on December 22, 2012, and we will be fully immersed in this Light for the next 2,000 years.
We are talking about the time when our Earth itself will enter directly into the Golden Light of the Photon Belt that holds the qualities of the Flame of Enlightenment/Ascension, and many other attributes. It means that we are choosing to move toward the Light and Ascend, changing our biological bodies (ascending without the old paradigm of physical death- what a thought that is!)
During that Golden Age of Light, the Earth receives 100% of its Light spectrum from the Great Central Sun. In the Photon Belt, the walls between the different dimensions become increasingly thin or non-existent.
Before any of this can happen, we must first experience a complete transformational process here on Earth. Our planet, our bodies, and our consciousness - all must achieve and resonate at a much higher and intense frequency and vibration in order to accommodate the incoming Christ Consciousness.
This Cosmic living Light of the Photon Belt nourishes spiritual and intellectual knowledge on Earth, especially at this time of transition of Earth's movement in and out of the flow and reception of the Light. The whole process is a profound sequential experience, dealing directly with the Christ Consciousness.
It appears that for sentient beings, the Photon Belt encounter will be essentially a spiritual experience. Once our Earth is in the Photon Belt, it will become our way of life, if we so choose.
